AltSplice Database

Altsplice database access :

Access to the AltSplice database can be obtained via AltSplice's web interface. We are in a constant process of refining the interfaces and adding further functionalities.

Human	Based on the Ensembl 36.35i gene data for human.The ASD release 2 (Ensembl 27.35a.1) is still accessible.
Mouse	Based on the Ensembl 37.34e gene data for mouse. The ASD release 2 (Ensembl 27.33c.1) is still accessible.

Altsplice database flatfiles :

Mouse Release 3	of our AltSplice production pipeline is now available (Ensembl 37.34e). (February 2006)
Human Release 3	oof our AltSplice production pipeline is now available (based on Ensembl 36.35i). (December 2005)

Previous releases :

Human Release 2 of our AltSplice production pipeline is now available (based on Ensembl 27.35a.1). (20 April 2005)
Mouse Release 2 of our AltSplice production pipeline is now available (Ensembl 27.33c.1). (20 April 2005)
Mouse Release 1 of our AltSplice production pipeline is now available (Ensembl 24.33.1). (15 November 2004)
Human Release 1 of our AltSplice production pipeline is now available (based on Ensembl 19.34b2). (21 May 2004)
