Protocol Description	UT-SCC-43A and UT-SCC-43B cells were grown in DMEM with supplements	UT-SCC-43A was transfected with murine snail to generate 43A-SNA	Extraction was carried out using the Qiagen Rneasy kit.	300 ng total RNA used for amplification with Ambion's Illumina RNA TotalPrep Amplification kit (cat no AMIL1791) M-7 IVT reaction and cRNA biotinylation with biotin UTP overnight (16h) M-7 both before and after amplifications RNA/cRNA oncentrations were checked with Nanodrop ND-1000 and RNA/cRNA quality was assessed using BioRadM-^Rs Experion electrophoresis station	Hybridization was carried out according to manufacturer specifications.	Scanning was carried out according to manufacturer specifications.
