Protocol Description	LOWESS normalized, background subtracted data obtained. ID_REF =  VALUE = normalized log2 ratio (Cy3/Cy5) representing apocynin-treatment/Control	M-oM-<M-^Q M-5g of total RNA were amplified with Ambion Amino Allyl aRNA kit, then 10 M-5g of amlified RNA labelded with Amersham Cy5 or Cy3 Mono-Reactive Dye.	1 M-5g of labeled probe was used for hybridization with TaKaRa Hybridization Chamber at 37M-0C for 16 hours. After hybridization, slides were washed sequential	Six-week-old TRAP rats were treated with/without apocynin 500 mg/L in drinking water for 8 weeks, then, sacrificed.	Total RNA extracted using ISOGEN following manufacturer's instructions	Scanned on 3D-gene Scanner 3000 (TORAY)
