Protocol Description	DLPFC was dissected from whole human brain. Tissues were flash frozen in liquid nitrogen and homogenized in Qiagen buffer RLT using the MPBiomedical FastPrep. Genomic DNA was isolated using the Qiagen DNeasy blood and tissue kit. 1 ug of genomic DNA was used for sequencing library construction. RRBS sequencing libraries were constructed as has been previously described from 1 ug of genomic DNA (Gertz et al. 2011, PLoS Genetics).	Data processing for RRBS libraries was conducted as described by Gertz et al. 2011 (PLoS Genetics) Genome_build: hg19 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include genomic position, read coverage, and percentage of methylation for each assayed CG for each brain tissue sample
