Protocol Description	ID_REF =  VALUE = log2 RMA normalized signal intensity	GeneChips were scanned using the Hewlett-Packard GeneArray Scanner G2500A.	Following fragmentation, 10 microg of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on HG 133A Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 400	Trizol extraction of total RNA was performed according to the manufacturer's instructions. Tot RNA was further purified using the RNAeasy mini purification kit (QIAGEN) according to the RNA cleanup protocol	Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 5 microg total RNA (Expression Analysis Technical Manual, 2001, Affymetrix).	The data were analyzed with oneChannelGui using rma as probeset summarization algoritm
