Description
We conducted comparative genome hybridisation experiments to identify copy number variation on the Hapmap sample NA15510 (http://ccr.coriell.org/nigms/nigms_cgi/display.cgi?NA15510) on a high density chip. This sample has been previously studied at a lower resolution level and many validation experiments have been done with it (Fiegler et al. Global variation in copy number in the human genome Genome Res. 2006 ). Sample NA10851 (http://ccr.coriell.org/nigms/nigms_cgi/display.cgi?NA10851) was used as a reference.
Experiment types
comparative genomic hybridization by array, comparative genome hybridization, dye swap, individual genetic characteristics, reference
