Genome-wide expression analysis was performed with the aim of investigating transcriptional changes mediated by the transcription factor B lymphocyte-induced maturation protein-1 (Blimp1) in the context of pluripotent embryonic cells, with the aim of drawing parallels to its functions in mouse primordial germ cells.
