Description
Mouse gall bladder cells from MIP-GFP mice were expanded in vitro and transduced with adenoviral vectors expressing the transcription factors Neurog3, Pdx1 and MafA. Reprogrammed GFP+ cells were then FACS-sorted for RNA isolation.
