E-MTAB-2127 - Comparison of gene expression in S.aureus strains with different triclosan sensitivities
Released on 30 April 2015, last updated on 24 May 2015
Difference in sensitivity for the biocide triclosan has been observed in S.aureus. This may rely on changes in gene expression between strains. The present project investigates such changes in in vivo generated mutants and in clinical isolates. A collection of normalised data matrices for this study, together with supporting information, have been provided as additional files: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress/files/E-MTAB-2127/E-MTAB-2127.additional.1.zip .
