E-MTAB-2118 - Gene expression profiling of Resto6 human stromal cells
Released on 11 December 2013, last updated on 3 June 2014
Resto6 stromal cells support the long-term survival of human plasma cells differentiated in vitro. Whole genome gene expression microarrays made it possible to pick up genes whose products could be involved in a biological pathway inducing long-term survival of plasma cells.
transcription profiling by array, co-expression, in vitro, individual genetic characteristics
Human mesenchymal stem cells isolated from bone marrow and lymphoid organs support tumor B-cell growth: role of stromal cells in follicular lymphoma pathogenesis.
