Description
RNA-sequencing profiling analysis was performed on TS23 humerus tissue from muscle-less mutant (splotch-delayed) mice and compared to control littermates. The purpose of this profiling analysis was to identify differentially expressed genes between muscle-less and control embryonic (TS23) humerus tissue, in order to determine mechanosensitive genes that impact skeletal development.
