Description
Ascites-associated macrophages were collected from human ovarian carcinoma patients and their expression profiles determined via Agilent microarrays. In addition, monocyte derived macrophages from healthy donors were differentiated ex-vivo with MCSF and GMCSF and their expression profiles determined as well.
