E-MTAB-1203 - Transcription profiling by high throughput sequencing of Brucella abortus grown in the presence or absence of eruythritol
Last updated on 2 May 2013, released on 3 May 2013
The transcriptional changes produced in B. abortus by growth in the presence of erythritol have been analyzed by RNAseq. Erythrtol is a sugar believed to have a relation with the capability of Brucella to produce abortions in ruminants.
