Description
The profiles of gene transcripts from 3 indipendent samples of Universal Human Reference RNA and Caki-1 RNA, amplified into biotinylated cRNA according to 1) standard Affymetrix procedure 'one-cycle target labeling' 2) standard Affymetrix procedure 'two cycle target labeling' 3) Transplex WTA method, were hybridized on HG-U133Plus 2.0 GeneChips and compared. In addition we performed the same gene expression comparison using not amplified HHR and Caki1 RNA samples on Agilent Human 1A Oligo microarrays.
