Description
To examine the gene expression data in the retina in HIV positive and HIV negative autopsy eyes we used a microarray approach with the HumanHT-12 v4 Expression BeadChip.



Retinal punches were made for the following regions



CWS = cotton wool spot

IRH = intra-retinal hemorrhage

PP = posterior pole
