Description
double transgenic mice (tTA/IkappaBalpha-AA) were treated with doxycycline (DOX), which represses expression of the transgenic IkappaBalpha. Double transgenic mice without Dox-treatment overexpress the transdominant IkappaBalpha, which represses NFkappaB activation.
