Description
Pooled Immunoflourescent guided laser capture microdisection of calyceal vestibular primary afferent neurons (calretinin positive) and dimorphic-bouton vestibular primary afferent neurons (calretinin negative) were used for microarray expression profiling. Transcription analysis of each of these biologically diverse pools was completed.
