Description
The loss of REST in uterine fibroids promotes aberrant gene expression and enables mTOR pathway activation We used siRNA to knockdown REST/ NRSF in cultured primary myometrial smooth muscle cells (SMCs) and global gene expression was analyzed using microarrays.
