E-GEOD-2505 - Transcription profiling of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells infected with HIV-1 and co-infected with Neisseria gonorrhoeae

Status
Released on 25 August 2007, last updated on 27 March 2012
Organism
Homo sapiens
Samples (11)
Array (1)
Description
Gene networks involved in HIV-1 infection of human PBMCs were investigated by dose dependant infection with HIV-1 (Bal). Perturbation of networks was evaluted using a co-infection with N. gonorrheae. Hierarchical clustering, fold change analysis, and contour mapping of genes was used to identify gene groups that were then anlayzed for statisically significant associations using EASE.
Experiment types
transcription profiling by array, co-expression, disease state, dose response
