Description
One of five human arrays in a set designed as follows: we designed a series of DNA microarrays that capture ten kilobases of regulatory sequence surrounding over 4,000 unambiguously and uniquely conserved transcription start sites in mouse and human using 60-mer oligonucleotides spaced, on average, every 250 bp. Thirty hand-curated liver-specific genes and five cell-cycle genes were used as positive controls for binding by liver-enriched and ubiquitous cell-cycle transcription factors, respectively.
