External relations
External Relations, led by Lindsey Crosswell, manages EMBL-EBI's relationships at a political and policy level, with a broad range of stakeholders throughout Europe and internationally. The External Relations team's engagement with representatives of the EU, scientific institutions, funding bodies and policy makers in the Member States and beyond provides support for the EBI's research, its services and the collaborative projects it coordinates. The team is also responsible for EMBL-EBI's communications activities, including the Institute's social media presence, its press and media engagement and the creation and dissemination of publications and other outreach materials.
