IntAct: the open-source protein-interaction database

With release 164b, IntAct now contains 312 133 binary interactions from 6413 manually curated publications. IntAct, the open-source protein interaction database, derives its entries from literature curation or direct user submissions. The data are freely available, and you can find the latest release on the FTP site: ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/intact/current/
