NGS data CRAMming, Archiving & Exploring course
New course on 2 April 2014
The NGS data CRAMming, Archiving & Exploring course will take place in the new South building at EMBL-EBI on the Genome Campus, near Cambridge in the UK.
This will be an opportunity to learn about data standards, the ENA data model, compression of next-generation sequencing data, large-scale data management, submission tools, data retrieval, APIs and much more.
