ERROR Could not parse /ebi/extserv/bin/Dispatcher/conf/clustalw.conf: no such file

where  tool       tool name, e.g., fasta
       jobfile    result file name, format tool-YYYYMMDD-8DIGITS

If the result is not found, the reason is usually one of the following:
 - job is still running and has not produced the file
 - result has been removed (done daily for temporary files)
 - above parameters are incorrect
 - job has failed
