The filtered annotation sets you have created can be downloaded from QuickGO in a number of formats (see 'Tab-separated Values' below for a user-specified download format).
- Gene Association File (GAF 2.0)
The primary format used for annotation files by the GO Consortium. Fields are provided in a 17 column tab-delimited format. The GAF2.0 format specification is described here: http://www.geneontology.org/GO.format.gaf-2_0.shtml
A file format using 7 tab-delimited fields supplying 'Taxon', 'Gene Product ID', 'Evidence', 'Qualifier', 'GO Term Name', 'Reference' and 'Aspect' information.
A tab-delimited list of unique proteins, as displayed in the 'Gene Product ID' field of the selected annotation set. Output includes specific protein descriptors: database (DB), identifier (ID), Symbol, Name, Synonym, Type and Taxon.
N.B. the Synonym field includes both synonymous protein or gene names or symbols, International Protein Index identifiers as well as secondary UniProtKB accessions.
A FASTA-formatted output, providing UniProt accession, symbol, protein name and protein sequence of the proteins selected.
- Tab-separated Values
A tab-separated format that reflects the columns selected in the QuickGO Protein Annotation table. The default table display can be altered by adding or removing columns using the options provided in the 'Display' pop-up.
